At Toys 'R' Us Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion and apparel purchases. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure all apparel items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging still attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to attach to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any Australia Post location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
